Competitive Team

FSCPC CoMPETITIVE TEAM

Our competitive team consists of skaters competing in any discipline in the following series:

  • Well-Balanced Series - Juvenile and above
  • Excel Series - Juvenile Plus, Intermediate Plus, Novice, Junior or Senior
  • Solo Dance Series - Juvenile and above

COMPETITIVE TEAM SEASON KICK-OFF

At the start of the competitive seasons, the Club will host a Competitive Team Season Kick-Off where all team members will be recognized as the FSCPC Competitive Team! Attendance at this event is open to all Club Members! 

MAJOR EVENT SEND-OFF PARTIES

Prior to major events (e.g., NQS Sectionals, National Development Camp, NQS Nationals, Excel or Ice Dance Finals), FSCPC will host a send-off party and exhibition for the athletes competing at the event. Competitive Team Members and members who qualify to compete in the major event will be invited to participate in an exhibition skate as part of the Send-Off Party. All Club Members are encouraged to attend! 

COMPETITIVE TEAM SHOW CALL OUT

The FSCPC Competitive Team will be identified in Show Programs and asked to step forward for recognition during the Holiday & Spring Show. 

COMPETITIVE TEAM JACKET

  • Members of the FSCPC Competitive Team are eligible to purchase (at their expense) a FSCPC Competitive Team Jacket. 
  • For each year that the skater is part of the Competitive Team, the FSCPC will pay to embroider the corresponding year on the skater's team jacket. 
  • The FSCPC Recognition Chair will facilitate ordering jackets and embroidery. 

Eligibility Info

All skaters who have designated the FSCPC as their home club are eligible for the Club's Recognition Benefits, as long as the below criteria are met: 

  • Has designated the FSCPC as their "home club"
  • Trains a minimum of 40 hours per year at the Park City Ice Arena
  • Performs in at least one Club Show (Holiday or Spring)
  • Participates in at least one Club Activity (e.g., fundraising, Junior Board, Club Ice, Park City Icing, parent is a FSCPC Board Member)
